Maria Grazia Restaurant in Nerano

For the past three generations, the management of Relais Vittoria have owned this historic restaurant which is ideally situated right on Nerano beach.

Maria Grazia is a culinary delight on the Amalfi Coast, famous for having invented Spaghetti with Zucchini (courgettes).

This delicious dish is prepared with only the freshest ingredients and follows an expert recipe that even today, notwithstanding the numerous attempts to immitate it, remains a secret.

This dish was born in 1952 when Prince Pupetto Sirignano, a regular client of the “Maria Grazia” together with grandmother Rosa, head of the restaurant, laughed playfully, while mixing together the precious ingredients to create the famous Spaghetti with Zucchine.

Maria Grazia’s cusine encompases, amongst other delicacies, seafood specialties that vary according to the catch of the day. This guarantes every guest the freshest of dishes of opptimum quality.
